You can do it all or simply relax and enjoy the privacy at the beautiful beach and dream away in the hammock in the shade of a palm tree.

The beautiful coral garden provide you with hours of snorkeling and exploring under water.
The reef is in superb condition with plenty of fish, colorful coral and shells.
We recommend to please bring your own snorkel gear for your comfort.
We provide sit on top kayaks to explore the island shore or even explore the neighbor islands.

If you are interested in activities such as diving, game fishing, sailing, whale watching or boat trips can be arranged for you.

Vava'u is the well known marine playground of the south pacific.
Humpback whales are travelling to the Tongan waters every Year.
These gentle giants are coming to maid and to give birth to their calves.
Treasure Island is right in the humpback whale nursery and probably the only place in Tonga where you can swim with the whales from the beach.
It is exciting to watch them splashing and breaching in front of the island.

The unforgetable chance is great to see the whales coming close to the island; to watch a mother and a calf swimming gently and see a group of males plashing and breaching to attract a female.
While swimming and floating in the water you will often have the chance to hear the singing of the whales.
We can arrange guided whale watch trips for you with one of the local operators, or you can simply swim of the beach or take one of our kayaks and paddle out to see them from a very close distance.

Take a walk along the beautiful beach and find your favourite spot.
Famous Treasure Island is uninhabitet and provide you with activities to enjoy the natures beauty of an tropical island.
Finest sandy beach to take a bath in the sun, relax and enjoy the privacy.
Find a nice shady spot under one of the large trees along the beach.

E A S Y   W A L K S   A N D   H I K E S   . . . . 

An easy hike around the island take you about 45 min. depending on how many times you want stop to explore the unique caves, the reef and the view to the surrounding islands and colors.
You can comfortably walk around the island on your own, in small groups or we can guide you and explain the reef and bird life in the forest.

The reef is in excellent condition and there are very interessting shells, octopus, colourful snails and a large variety of corals to see.

The visibility in the Tongan waters are great.
You will be amazed if you go for snorkeling and watch all the different fish swiming around you. The reef and the coral gardens at Treasure Island/ Eua'iki are one of the best snorkeling sights here in Vava'u.
